Zack found his passion for the markets early in life, starting off as a currency and stock trader in high school. After many years as a student of the market, Zack’s investment philosophy is grounded in decades of peer-reviewed, Nobel Prize-winning research
As a CPA and CFA Charterholder, he understands that it is important to get to know his clients so that he can create the optimal comprehensive, customized financial plan for them, including portfolio management, tax strategies, wealth transfer considerations, risk management, retirement analysis, and education planning. Really, Zack’s role boils down to acting as your personal CFO, and CPA financial planner. Acting as a fiduciary to bring you a truly independent, personalized financial advice and conducting the due diligence necessary to avoid conflicts of interest.
Zack earned a Bachelor of Arts in Finance, with a minor in Economics, from Michigan State University. In addition, Zack holds a Master in Accountancy with a Taxation focus from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Zack is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) charterholder and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA®).
Prior to founding AIW in 2020, Zack was a Wealth Advisor, Chief Investment Officer and Co-Chief Operations Officer for an independent RIA overseeing over $200 million in assets under management. There, Zack also worked closely with their sister accounting firm to help prepare taxes for individuals and small businesses.
Zack is a member of the board of directors for the Ronald McDonald House of Mid-Michigan, as well as a member of their executive committee. He also serves on the committee for Ronald McDonald House, helping organize and execute their Run for the House 5K Run/Walk and 10K Run.
